What is the Studio Address?19 Mutley Plain, PL4 6JG

Is the Studio wheelchair Accessible?Yes, the front entrance is street level so it is accessible for wheelchairs, prams and disability friendly. No stairs and plent of space to get in and out.

Is there parking available?Yes, there are two car parks within 2 minute walk from the studio. 2hrs free parking. View Contact us page for more information.

What do I wear for my Photoshoot?Depends on the style of your photoshoot, whether this being portraits, maternity or dance. They are different. You can view our Pinterest page for ideas on what to wear. Or email us and we can help you.

How long does a photoshoot last?Each photoshoot is subject to the package you choose. The starter packages are usually around 30 minutes to an hour. Most packages will inform you if it is any longer than this.

What time should I arrive for my photoshoot?Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than the booking time. So we have time to meet and greet and talk through any questions you may have before we start. This allows us to not run over time during your shoot as we may have another shoot scheduled after yours.

How do I book a photoshoot?Please head to our contact us page for all contact details. Use the booking form to book your photoshoot.

How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?Please allow at least 2-4 weeks. Last minute booking are not always guaranteed, however its worth mentioning in your enquiry if you need the shoot sooner.

What's Included in my photoshoot?For each of our photoshoots there will be price packages which depending on the package you choose you will have a list of what's included. Such as digital images, prints, videography etc.

Can I have a consultation before my photoshoot?Yes of course, we always offer a consultation before your photoshoot to understand your needs for the shoot. This can be done via email, phone or in person. This will be made after your booking.

How long will it take to receive our digital images?Your digital images can take up to two weeks. We cannot prioritise your images over previous clients. You cannot pay extra for a faster service. Sometimes images can be quicker than two weeks, this depends on how busy we are at that time.

How long will it take to receive our prints?Your prints are available after you have received your digital images. The wait will depend on how long it takes you to pick the images you want printed. We print all images in store so its a 24hr turnover.

Are all digital images retouched?Yes, all images are edited in terms of lighting, contrast and straightening/aligning images. Skin will be lightly retouched, if you request no skin retouching or additional extra retouching please let our photographer know on the photoshoot, so we can suit your needs. Please bare in mind, retouching things like removing hair bands, or fixing nail colours, changing hair colour, may mean your images take longer than estimated so make sure you have these fixed on the day or expect the images could take longer for more complex photoshop requests.

What's your cancellation policy?We understand plans and circumstances can change. You can cancel your appointment at any time. Your deposit is non refundable unless the photoshoot is cancelled by us. For more information on this, please email us.

Do I have to pay a deposit?Yes, a deposit is necessary for booking a photoshoot. Without this your booking is not confirmed. This deposit is taken off the full amount.

When do I pay the full amount of the photoshoot?The remainder cost of the photoshoot is paid on the day.

Do all image have copyrights?Yes, all images you receive are copyrights to Selina's studios. This means you cannot profit off the images. But the copyright does not mean you cannot down laod the images and share them with friends and family. Copyright is a secure measurement for our photographers right of use.
